  • HOME IS WHERE I LAY MY HEAD.
Corcovado National Park in Costa Rica, where the Pacific ocean stretches it waves to touch the borders of the biodiverse rainforest. A place that went straight into my heart to stay there forever. πŸ₯°

  • The proboscis monkey is a great vegetarian role model for all of us. And even if we might not be interested in eating only leafs πŸ˜‚, we can cut down on our meat consumption to preserve our forests. And by eating 50% less meat and instead more veggies we can decrease our pollution to up to 40% ! Wow!
All in favor raise your hands! πŸ™†

  • Nature is full of magic ✨
I never stop to be amazed by how every small thing fills a big purpose. How everything is exactly where it should be. As if it was carefully calculated. And yet it is wild and free.
I bow my head and aknowledge that our nature simply is pure perfection πŸ’š

  • BE KIND TO NATURE & TO YOURSELF
Eat healthy, do yoga, exercise, spend time with people you love, share your laughters and above all, love nature, and it will love you back πŸ’š

What did you do for yourself today?

  • One of my favourite places to be is in the forest. Not only does it give oxygen, food, medicine, prevents flooding and deserts from expanding. But most of all it is home to billions of species, including us. Let's take some extra time to find a solution to prevent the deforestation of the forests before they are gone. All good actions matters πŸ’šπŸ™β
  • HOW CAN I NOT SMILE ✨
...when a humming bird passes by my head. How can I not be amazed by all the tall mighty trees surrounding me in the lush rainforest. How can I not be grateful for all the beauty Planet Earth gives us everyday πŸ’š

  • The Philippinean Tarsier is an amazing little nocturnal creature who can turn its head 180Β° since it cannot move its eyes. And with its super ears twisting and turning it can hear insects moving kilometers away. Despite its small size, in the wild, it can reach the impressive age of 25 years. In captivity it seldom survives more than a couple of weeks. Wild animals should stay in the wild. β™‘

  • Right now the world really seems to be up-side-down.
Let's try to stay sane and focus on what's important, like taking care of our planet, we only have one
